Nelson is honored to have received the North Bay Business Journal’s 2016 Community Philanthropy Award! The Community Philanthropy Award recognizes North Bay organizations that contribute to improving lives in the North Bay. Nelson, along with 18 other North Bay organizations, was acknowledged for its contributions to organizations including Boys & Girls Clubs of Sonoma Valley, Hanna Boys Center, and Transcendence Theatre Company. In addition to the almost $250,000 in contributions Nelson made in 2015, employees donated their time volunteering at food drives, sponsoring families in need, and participating in movements such as the American Heart Association’s Go Red for Women.

“Our employees love to give back, often donating their own money and time. Giving is ingrained in every aspect of the company.”
-Tony Bartenetti, COO and President of Nelson Staffing
